1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krikkya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of krikkya — including its cricket betting markets, live casino, slot games, finance tools, and any promotional content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of krikkya regardless of their location within Bangladesh, the device they use to access the platform, or the product category they engage with. This includes but is not limited to players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

krikkya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2.Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use krikkya, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting in a professional or commercial capacity in relation to the betting activities conducted on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from krikkya or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of krikkya or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• Your participation in online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction and you take sole responsibility for ensuring this is the case.

krikkya may request age verification documents at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending resolution.

Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your household has accessed or registered on krikkya, please contact our support team immediately at support@krikkya. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including closing the account and returning any deposits where possible. We strongly recommend that adults use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

3.Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on krikkya. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. krikkya employs automated and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when completing the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikkya login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. krikkya will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your krikkya account — do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify support@krikkya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

krikkya supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported where available. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions may be available subject to current operational availability.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on krikkya is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are beyond krikkya's control.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside of normal processing hours will be actioned on the next business cycle. krikkya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly a player's first withdrawal or where unusual transaction patterns have been detected.

Player Fund Protection

Player funds deposited into krikkya accounts are held separately from the platform's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected in the event of any operational difficulty. Funds are not used for platform operations and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit — this protects against money laundering and fraudulent withdrawal attempts.
• You may not withdraw funds from a dormant account without first completing an identity verification process.
• Any funds deposited into your account and not withdrawn within 12 months of the last recorded activity may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of ৳50 per month, applied until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.

5.Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on krikkya are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to that product. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game or market only.

Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by the krikkya system and a bet reference number has been issued to you. Bets that have not received confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption during submission — are not considered accepted and no liability arises on the part of krikkya.

Odds and Market Changes

Odds on the krikkya sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the exact moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager. If odds change between your initiating a bet and the system confirming it, you will be notified of the change and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. This applies to all cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers.

Voided Bets

krikkya reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the platform's settlement window.
• An obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was accepted.
• Evidence of match manipulation or integrity concerns is raised by a recognised sports governing body.
• The bet was placed on a market that was incorrectly configured due to a technical error.

In the case of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your krikkya wallet balance in full, with no deduction for any applicable fees.

Prohibited Betting Patterns

The following betting behaviours are prohibited on krikkya and will result in account review, stake restrictions, or account closure:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform systems.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

krikkya offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms, and in the event of conflict the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded through any promotion on krikkya are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be approved.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• krikkya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — through multi-accounting, collusion, or other prohibited means — will have all bonuses revoked and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Bonuses are available to Bangladesh residents only and may be subject to regional eligibility criteria.

7.Responsible Gaming

krikkya is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Bangladesh. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable, recreational activity conducted within the player's financial means. We do not wish to profit from players who are gambling problematically.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed from the account settings dashboard:

8.Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your krikkya account at any time by contacting our support team at support@krikkya. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, provided all identity verification requirements have been met and no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

Suspension or Closure by krikkya

krikkya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Operating a duplicate or multi-account.
• Use of prohibited betting software or automated systems.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment instructions raised against krikkya.
• Behaviour that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward krikkya staff or other players.

Where an account is closed by krikkya due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any mandatory identity verification and fraud investigation processes.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. krikkya will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification check.
